There are no limits to the number of revisions––an open round of revisions simply counts as your one active task. Our goal is to ensure you're completely satisfied with every delivery, and we welcome your feedback to refine and perfect each project.
Our subscription is designed to be as flexible as possible. You can pause your service with just a month's notice, allowing you to adapt the subscription to your current business needs without any hassle.
This timeframe is our standard for most requests, meaning that you can expect to receive initial drafts or completed projects within 1 to 3 business days from the time of your request. For more complex projects, we’ll provide an estimated timeline upfront.
For urgent requests, we try to accommodate your needs by prioritising your project. Please specify your deadline when you submit your request, and we will do our best to meet it. However, please note our Way Subscription service is not designed to be a source of emergency resource.
We take confidentiality and security seriously. All information provided by our clients is handled with strict confidentiality and is protected with industry-standard security measures.
We use a cloud-based project management tool that allows you to submit and track your requests, view progress, and communicate directly with us. This tool is user-friendly and accessible from any device with internet access.
All costs for standard stock photos, videos, and music are included in your monthly subscription fee. Premium assets that incur additional charges will be discussed and approved by you beforehand.
You can cancel your subscription at any time without any penalties or fees. We only require a 30-day notice to ensure all pending projects are completed and handed over smoothly.
