Challenge

Therma Mech, UK District Energy Specialists, had recently launched a brand refresh with a new look, feel, and website.

As part of this update, they needed a brand-new company brochure that reflected their latest district energy projects across the UK for various sectors.

Approach

Therma Mech needed the brochure completed quickly and lacked internal resources to curate information and structure the document.

They required a team that could handle structuring, writing, and designing the document efficiently. Way Marketing fit the bill perfectly.

Solution: Company brochure creation

We began with a call to understand Therma Mech in their own words, identifying their target audiences, sector challenges, and how they help clients overcome these obstacles.

Next, we curated and collated available information, holding an information scraping meeting with Therma Mech's team and conducting independent research through their website.

We then outlined four possible brochure structures, providing options of different lengths, and settled on one.

Following this, we created a pagination to layout content in lorem ipsum form. We wrote the copy in line with the company’s tone of voice and brand guidelines.

For design, we presented several layout options for each page, adhering to the company design guidelines. Once Therma Mech chose the designs for each page, we compiled and finalised the document.

Results

In less than a month, Therma Mech received a completed company brochure ready for use by their sales teams.

The brochure aligned perfectly with their recently created brand design and copy guidelines, serving as an effective sales aid.
